Great practice. Every employee I interacted with was patient and kind, and I was in and out pretty quickly! If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing the services of such a place, this one is highly recommended.

This is the worst dentist experience ever! The front desk told me that my appointment is two hours later than what my I have a text confirmation. The second thing is Dipa Patel talking very loud with attitude and very rude. I am pregnant in my first trimester and trying to avoid some crazy, but without looking at my tooth and what things needs to be done she just want to collect money. Without caring for the patient circumstances and keep cutting me off while talking. I already told the doctor who referred me to her because she's just a terrible dentist. I'll also report that to the department of dental associates.

I woke completely up, then became paralyzed and felt the pain for roughly 3 minutes DURING my procedure of having all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Saw other reviews of unprofessional staff , but, WOW. The nurse preparing me for the procedure had no bedside manners also . This is coming from a nurse of 20+years. WILL NOT DO MY POST OP HERE!!! Looking over the reviews and Who has complaints, there may be prejudice here . Someone should definitely look into it. Am making calls my self.

I don't think Dr. Dipa knows this Principle: "fairness". The dentist has a duty to treat people fairly. She was extremely unprofessional anc rude. I do not recommend!

The first time I have never seen this kind of rude doctor before in my life. Dr. Dipa is impatient and aggressive she doesn't want to listen any of your problems.

I don't recommend this place! Dr Dipa was very rude and unprofessional, abrasive, yet talented doesn't even give you a minute to listen but makes her own assumptions also, be cautious on your bills.

DO NOT GO HERE. The Billing process associated with this office is atrocious. Avoid this clinic at all costs. (Editing to update and respond to your response below). Your office informed me yesterday that you are fully aware of your billing problems and that I would recieve a call back to resolve it. Hasn't happened--nor do I believe it will. I restate again, and I will tell everyone in the community I know that your business is trying to fraudulently bill (and subsequently send to collections) its customers.

I had a very enjoyable wisdom teeth extraction procedure with Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel and the staff are very humorous and kind. The surgery procedure is fast, accurate, and efficient. The post operation instruction is clear and helpful.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. All the posts about the billing department are correct - they are absolute incompetent thieves. Calls and emails were ignored, they have turned over their entire staff and take no accountability regarding what you were told about costs. Shockingly unprofessional in every respect.
