Dr. Patel is a racist provider. I’m scheduled for and extraction as well as wisdom tooth removed with general anesthesia. I’m already very anxious as is to be put under. The instructions that was given to me at the consult is different from the instructions that was given to me days prior to the appointment. She keeps telling me I’m having an attitude or I’m angry but I’m anxious. Anxiety can come off as being irritable. I was far from angry or irritated I was anxious as hell. As a provider who I’m sure have seen patients with dental anxiety should know how anxiety looks like. She was rude would not let me talk, talks over me accuses me of cussing at her, accuses me of being angry then storms off mid conversation. Very unprofessional! I’m upset and heartbroken that I was painted to be this “angry black women” because I have questions and concerns and anxious. The color of my skin should not be taken into account when it comes to receiving treatment. I’m disappointed because she’s a person of color as well. I will not stop here I will report her to the board! Be aware

Dr.Patel clinic was prompt in confirming appointments, the staff was extremely courteous, and the doctor's attention to detail in patient care during my son tooth extraction very helpful.We are so grateful we found this place and look forward to many more visits !We highly recommend it to others!

Dr. Patel, Ely and the front desk staff were all a pleasure to work with! I came in for my wisdom tooth removal, and the procedure itself was quick and painless. Dr. Patel was attentive and comforting, and her surgical assistant, Ely, was thorough in the pre op procedures and in answering my questions and concerns. Dental surgery can always be uncomfortable and nerve racking, but I couldn’t have felt more comfortable in the care of this team!

I loooooved coming here. Everyone was amazing the staff are beautiful and handsome people inside and out. Dr.Patel made me feel safe and comfortable she’s an amazing woman I really trusted her to do my surgery for my wisdom teeth and one of my bottom teeth. I literally got it out today and i’m feeling great I can even talk right as soon as I got home everyone was confused. Thank you Dr.Patel and your staff. Have a blessed life everyone else make sure you buy a face wrap from amazon cold and hot it’s really helping!

Highly recommend this office! I went here for wisdom teeth removal and the staff were very nice. They understood that I was nervous and did their best to take my mind off the surgery with casual chitchat about the Olympics. Dr. Patel is also very comforting and it’s clear she really cares about her patients. I felt safe with her and I am happy I went to her practice to get my wisdom teeth removed. The surgery itself was also done very well- I started feeling better a day or two after surgery.

I went to Arlington Dental because I had HSA money I needed to spend by the end of 2022. I got Botox from them because I grind and have broken a tooth before. It didn't work and was extremely expensive: $1,500. For months and months, Arlington Dental did give me the right paperwork to be refunded for my HSA. They never sent an Explanation of Benefits to my dental insurance company and the invoice they gave me was confusing because it did not indicate the amount of money I spent. Instead, it made it look like the insurance covered the treatment, when it did not. When I asked for a new invoice, it said ¨Credits¨ where it should have said the amount I paid. As a result, I was never refunded by my HSA so I lost $3,000 in all: $1,500 in HSA money I did not spend in addition to the $1,500 I paid out of pocket. That is so much money. It was extremely frustrating dealing with them and now I am no longer able to appeal getting reimbursed. I am greatly dissatisfied by my experience with them and really wish I had never received their services in the first place.

Dr.Patel is wonderful lady she has such cute office, I came in for wisdom teeth extraction and that day she took me in quickly the procedure went beautifully she made sure I was numb and had Very light quick hand, Her staff members are really kind and enjoyable I’m really grateful I was in good hands ☺️

This is the worest worest clinic!!Don't ever think to go there,the doctor didn't see us or read the refferal she just send the nurse with the concent paper to remove my mother's three teath she didn't read the xray that was sent to her and ask my mother to take another xray,she even couldn't understand what the referal was she just came shout "you 3 teath should be removed so go head and sign"my mom had infection but sadly i was the one who told her to prescribe antibiotics before removal and the very very shocking thing she put the wrong teath(the healthy teath) to remove and ask me to sign and when she found out that she did write the wrong teath she just change the paper not saying sorry ,i don't havs any words how to say that this place is a hell the front office(the reception) they forget us while they told us to sit and call three otner clients and when go and ask her she says "OH sorry we forgot you"😠 DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!

talks to patient like there stupid ... makes smart comments , treats staff poorly , comes off as nice but extremely rude. thinks she is better than everyone around her because she is a surgeon. 0/10 please save your time and go to someone who cares about you and your health. also she seems quite prejudice.... which is not something she should even feel comfortable giving off as surgeon. please be aware of when you have little kids or the elderly coming back to the room by themselves she really most likely mistreat and talk to them like they are a piece of trash.

I had an amazing experience with this office. For almost 2 weeks I had severe pain coming from my wisdom teeth. I was nervous and did not want to have them removed because I’ve always had bad experiences with dentist. Eventually I could not bear the pain any longer and was referred to this office. They wasted no time getting me an appointment set up and doing my consultation. Neydi Cruz (dental assistant) was extremely pleasant and helpful and explained everything to me in detail which really calmed my nerves. They also prepared a booklet in case I forgot. Upon my second visit, she again thoroughly explained everything to me and answered all my questions until I felt comfortable. Dr. Patel then took over and was super professional and easy going. She made sure I was ready and started the procedure. Within 10 minutes, we were done. I was amazed. Over the next few days I followed the instructions of Dr. Patel and Miss Cruz and was really expecting to feel intense pain and swelling because of all the things I would hear about wisdom teeth removal. I had absolutely none!! I was back to work within 2 days and completely fine. I highly recommend this office. Great experience and wonderful staff and doctors all around.

They were so nice on making the appointment on the phone But once you get there the lady at the front desk doesn’t even try to help you and they are wearing AirPods at all times they need no show more respect

Had 4 wisdom teeth extracted and the process was straightforward and largely hassle free. I had every step explained to me as well as what to do/expect pre and post op. They were very accommodating despite issues with getting my X-Rays, and I had minimal to no issues post op and was back to normal in about a week.

Dr.Patel was phenomenal! I had three wisdom teeth removed with her. She made sure to clearly explain the entire process to me. She has incredible bedside manner and is an incredible surgeon (I had one very complicated molar). Highly recommend, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
