Had all my wisdom teeth removed, painless and fast. No swelling at all

Very easy wisdom teeth extractions! I was able to schedule the consultation, procedure, and follow up visit all within a couple weeks of each other. The staff and Dr. Patel are very friendly and professional; they made it a very smooth and relatively painless experience for me!

Edit: In response to the reply below... it's also difficult to get in touch with this place. There have been times where I called, texted, and emailed multiple times and still didnt get a response so tell me exactly how Im supposed to contact the office lol. On my first and second visits, Dr. Patel was somewhat rude to me. She made some passive-aggressive comments. On my second visit, Dr. Patel was really quick with the multiple extractions I needed... which I thought was fantastic, until afterwards I realized I had a part of a tooth that was still there! It was painful too. The techs were friendly and approachable, the type of ladies I'd get a drink with if I saw them out somewhere! However, I told them that I couldn't have a certain type of pain medication due to a medical condition and asked that I get prescribed something else. They said they'd pass that on to Dr. Patel. Later that day, I had a family member pick up my prescriptions since my mouth was packed with gauze... they came home with the exact medication I said I couldn't have. Not sure if Dr. Patel ignored my request or if the techs just didn't pass that info on.

Dr. Patel and her team (Carrie and Vania) were very sweet and attentive throughout the whole process. They provided comfort and intuitive care the whole time. I would absolutely recommend them for any oral surgery needs!

Absolutely horrible! How can you think it’s acceptable to charge someone for something that they refused multiple times. If someone doesn’t want anesthesia, you force a certain type of that said anesthesia and tell them it’s free if you write a review. Here is you review you are unethical!

The administrative person was absolutely the best you could get. Arranging to get an appointment submitting my referral and my insurance codes and being reminded to get my forms filled out was just abused and was was really perfect.

I had the best experience at Arlington Dental Implant. The service from the front desk staff to the doctor was impeccable. They were patient, answered all of my questions and very friendly. Dr. Patel was so gentle. I barely had any swelling or pain and would definitely recommend her services

If you have any degree of anxiety from dental surgery, I'd avoid Dr.Patel's office. It seemed disorganized and tense, and while I like to extend grace a patient shouldn't have to endure the unprofessionalism that I witnessed today. The Doctor complained about another staff member while preparing for my extraction and she made comments about the political climate (unsolicited) and the direction that the country was going in. Not the best bedside manner at all. Her staff member insisted on having me do a Medicaid survey of sorts while in the dental chair. This is after me sharing my Dental insurance prior to the appointment and even at check-in. Despite me telling the billing clerk, a nurse, and even the doctor that only needed local anesthesia for a single tooth, they still tried to bill me for nitrous and requested payment moments before the surgery was to start. This was extremely unsettling to have $200 miraculously be thrown at you even though it was declined in several conversations. Her nurse took my credit and neglected to return it after it had been ran. ... asked for topical numbness before the local anesthesia shot and was told, "it doesn't work". Again, I like to extend grace when it's due but I think that potential patients should definitely be made aware of this experience. The photo is my receipt, confirming that I was a patient.

Went to this practice because my dentist told me I needed to have my two upper wisdom teeth removed (none on the bottom, which is lucky). Had an incredibly easy recovery with zero complications and only a slight bit of soreness/discomfort. No swelling at all. I just visited my regular dentist for a cleaning, and the dental hygienist told me it was some of the best work she had ever seen for three months post-operation. Said you wouldn't even know I'd had an extraction. And if a professional who's seen lots of dental work in her career is singing the praises of Dr. Patel, I can't think of a better endorsement

Just had two and a half wisdom teeth removed (long, horrifying story) and I am so incredibly please with the work of Dr. Patel and the staff at this practice. Everyone was kind, attentive, and I felt very well cared for. Also, the post-operative instructions they hand out are very thorough and detailed compared to other practices I've been to. Whoever writes those up deserves high praise! They have a sign in their waiting room that says "kindness if free to give, but priceless to receive" and I know they practice what they preach. Highly, highly recommend.

Super kind and informative. My wisdom teeth were coming in and they accepted me as a new patient. They scheduled the surgery really soon, which I was grateful for. I was a little scared at first. I had looked up the facility through my UHC portal.. they great reviews… an they lived up to the hype… very pleased with the results.. I was in the operating chair for all of 20 mins an we were done. I’m going to come back for the other one when needed.. but I highly recommend this establishment. The anesthesia was enough for me to barely feel but so much pressure. Best dentist visit in yrs

The worst office ever Dr Patel did a producer for my husband who is 77 years old with Parkinson’s disease and didn’t inform the caregiver that they prescribed an antibiotic for him. Just care about money not the patient

My experience Arlington oral surgery at waterfront was very beautiful, Denise so awesome she is amazing person she handled everything step by step on the and Dr.Patel is the patient oral surgeon I ever had she talks u through every step u got to love her .gabby and vania are the best every time I step in the office they show me big love and they are so caring and always willing to listen thank you all….

I had a wonderful experience at Arlington Dental Implant & Oral surgery Center! I needed to get wisdom teeth removed after feeling an unbearable pain. Dr. Patel saw me on a same-day appointment and scheduled me for surgery for the following day! Assistants Gaby and Vania were extremely sweet and helpful which helped ease the nerves of being in a dental office. For those getting wisdom teeth extractions, I highly recommend getting PRF and Exparel for the healing process! They made the healing process so tolerable. Two weeks out and I’m healing great.
