Dr. Patel and the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient (amidst all of my questions!). The post-op follow-up appointment is also a great service and something I appreciate. I would highly recommend their clinic to anyone, especially first-timers, given the level of care the clinic offers. Furthermore, for those wondering about Exparel (non-opioid pain medication) -- it definitely works wonders, as the post-op extraction experience was just painless, which was just an added bonus to the pain-free extraction procedure performed by Dr. Patel and her awesome assistants! My tooth was I believe partially impacted. I came in she numbed me up, I asked if I could listen to music. She said sure, the song was exactly 3 mins 27 secs. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Patel and her staff. I saw Dr. Patel for a fully impacted wisdom tooth I had been delaying on fixing for some time. I had a lot of concerns about the procedure, from potential issues with the procedure itself, the pain, and the use of general anesthesia. I came in with a list of written questions and emailed and called the office many times prior to my procedure. Dr. Patel's staff respond to all my questions, calls, and emails and addressed every concern I had promptly and with zero issues despite the number I sent. Dr Patel herself is a very comforting surgeon who, along with her staff, made me feel completely at ease the day of the procedure and the tooth was removed under General Anethesia with no issues or memory and the pain was almost complete gone within three days.
