If I could give zero stars I would. Please read the reviews they will try to take your money. Money is all the doctor cares for . Don’t go here my insurance covers everything for a tooth extraction and they tried to get me to pay them out of Pocket . Very unprofessional rude disrespectful. The doctor was the worst she stormed out the room and was very rude to me. Yelling across the hall. Is this how you treat your customers?They just want to take your money and when caught they get defensive . They are not honest. Not the doctor you want to treat your teeth. Please read the pay reviews.

Dr. Patel and the staff were very thorough in their assessment of my impacted tooth and the extraction procedure. Honestly it was the most painless and enjoyable experience from the operation to the post-op care. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Patel enough!

I was so so nervous for my wisdom teeth (all 4) extraction. Dr. Patel was amazing. She made me feel so safe and my recovery was extremely easy. Her staff are also so nice and caring. Thank goodness I never have to do this again but if I did, I’d choose Dr. Patel again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Dr. Patel!!!

I would highly recommend Dr.Patel office. The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Dr.Patel is amazing she fast and knows what best for her patients. I had a great experience getting my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Patel and her staff. I had some issues confirming the date of my appointment, but Dr. Patel reached out and was able to move my appointment easily. The day of my extraction was seamless. I expressed my concerns about going under anesthesia, and the staff were very helpful and assuring!

I would not recommend this practice after my experience there, especially for pediatric patients. While the patient is healing well, mental and emotional well-being is also important to balance. The issues raised were both with the lack of appropriate medical discharge procedures and lack of honesty and transparency. While I understand that parents are not often in the procedure room during the surgery, promising the child that the parent can stay for the entire duration, then insisting on the parent leaving after twilight sedation was administered is not at all acceptable practice. Especially since the patient now has anxiety regarding dental work due to the last minute change. Honesty and transparency is always best. Discharging a patient who is freely bleeding, with not even gauze on the surgical site, sobbing and unable to walk is not acceptable. Staff asking the parent that "you can carry them, right?" And no help leaving the office suite while carrying said child. No written discharge instructions, they were called out by staff as I was staunching the bleeding and carrying my child. No pain meds, although at the pre-op they were going to be called in. On the whole, not a practice I would recommend.

I have had 2 oral surgeries with Dr Patel and her team. They were accommodating and always made me feel super comfortable. I am someone who gets very emotional after waking up from sedation and the team made sure I was completely cared for. I had insurance issues and multiple reschedules, all handled with grace and patience. As a fellow healthcare worker, I just truly appreciate the compassion through these crazy years. It's needed and appreciated sooo so much. Please keep up the amazing work !!!

The billing practices here are manipulative and the billing department is a complete mess. My wife took our 14 year in for a single tooth extraction. They ran our insurance and said our out of pocket fee would be $30. They then proceeded to charge us $25, then another $50, then $250 for a "consultation fee". I called to discuss this. Their billing department voicemail says they have had staffing changes, so if you haven't gotten a call back to voicemails, you are to send an email with "urgent billing issue" in the subject line. Then if you don't hear back from those, you are to text the doctor! Needless to say, hearing this on the voicemail set my expectations low, and even those weren't met. After multiple unanswered emails and phone calls, I texted the doctor. I got a call back the same day from someone who sounded competent and said they'd look into what had happened. Several more weeks passed and no follow-up, so I texted the doctor again. She said the person I spoke with was immediately let go, and someone else would call me that same day. No call. In the meantime, my wife received a call from someone else about our "balance". I was hopeful this was a resolution until the mail arrived that day indicating we owe another $126! For those of you playing along at home, this "$30" service now adds up to $451.

We had a fantastic experience here. Dr. Patel was very thorough and talked my daughter through the entire procedure. She made sure she was comfortable, and my daughter did great!

Dr. Patel's Practice is not one I would recommend to anyone under any circumstances. I had my wisdom teeth pulled out by Dr. Patel Practice and was treated in the worst way possible. After being put under anesthesia and having three wisdom teeth pulled I was left by her staff alone to walk out of the office into the elevator and out to my ride with no assistance from staff. I was vulnerable and weak after the procedure but it was more important for Dr. Patel to treat the next patient instead of the one she had. I was not called by the staff later in the day to check on my status or in the days after until I called to complain due to complications with my medication and my care. I was later contacted by Dr. Patel stating she had taken action to amend the mistakes done by her staff but it was not to my satisfaction. Two months after the procedure I was sent a bill for the procedure with outrageous charges and was informed by Dr. Patel herself and her staff that I had to pay even though they had made a mistake in my care. It is my opinion that your staff is only as good as you are and you train them to be therefore my experience says a lot about the type of practice this is. If you want quality care don't go here because you will not be cared for and you will receive an outrageous bill as multiple other reviews state.
